Timeless Beauty With Modern Love Positive: We enjoyed the uniqueness of this apartment! It was spacious, the decor represented the history of the building with a modern twist. The curves of the walls and ceilings gave a warm, inviting atmosphere. The bedrooms were spacious. Negative: The bathrooms had an odor that we guessed had to do with the age of the building. We ran water every day and it took care of it. They were also on the small side. There is a washer and dryer (a bonus). They are stackables in a small area, which made it hard to see in the washer.

Felt stressed never comfortable every night . Small bedroom smelled bad Positive: It was walking distance to the Lucas Oil Stadium and good restaurants nearby. Negative: Besides the chirping noise from the smoke detector after two nights of unsettling sleep I’ve finally gotten Thur to inform the owner. No phone number to reach or leave messages. Owner was rude and had never apologized or took any responsibility for his place. Hard water in shower, broken mirror frame and broken dryer machine and unsafe glass dining table, peeling paint chips from walls and ceiling, but I’m sure the owner knew this. High ceiling but low to the floor uncomfortable sofas. I’ve been a commercial superintendent for old buildings for over 30 years but retired now. The Block apartments at 113 Market Street room 611 needs professional help. It should charge $39 a night motel rates. The owner ask me to be honest, well this is me being truthful.

Excellent location and Host Positive: The location was great and made it very convenient to get where we needed to go. The host was fantastic and was always quick to reply to my questions.

Positive: nice beds, nice table, great location, great area, good AC Negative: sticky floor, elevator to get to room was broken for most of the visit, needed to ask for more toiletries and towels.
