Negative: Besides the chirping noise from the smoke detector after two nights of unsettling sleep I’ve finally gotten Thur to inform the owner. No phone number to reach or leave messages. Owner was rude and had never apologized or took any responsibility for his place. Hard water in shower, broken mirror frame and broken dryer machine and unsafe glass dining table, peeling paint chips from walls and ceiling, but I’m sure the owner knew this. High ceiling but low to the floor uncomfortable sofas. I’ve been a commercial superintendent for old buildings for over 30 years but retired now. The Block apartments at 113 Market Street room 611 needs professional help. It should charge $39 a night motel rates. The owner ask me to be honest, well this is me being truthful.

Excellent location and Host Positive: The location was great and made it very convenient to get where we needed to go. The host was fantastic and was always quick to reply to my questions.

Positive: nice beds, nice table, great location, great area, good AC Negative: sticky floor, elevator to get to room was broken for most of the visit, needed to ask for more toiletries and towels.

Location! Positive: Location was perfect. Negative: Directions to the apartment were not concise. I spent so much time looking for sn address that according to an employee in the office "technically didn't exist ". I was shocked. The directions about the keys and how to get into the unit, also unclear. Once inside the apartment we were fine, would have better if it had a sofa sleeper
